RECORDS DIVISION
The Records Division is responsible for maintaining all arrest reports, accident reports and incident reports handled by the Pottstown Police Department.

The Records Division is open from 6:00 Am to 4:00 Pm, Monday
through Friday.

Accident Reports may be requested by mail
or in person via the Records Division.
There is a fee of $15.00 for each accident report.

are subject to the terms set forth in the PA Open Records Law.
